Quiet Flight
A few iPhone pics after my new wheels (bought in the Market here, thanks ccurl for the sweet deal)... will be doing 1.5" drop soon and doing a total black-out/carbon on all chrome. My Mini is named after the best surf shop on the east coast in Cocoa Beach, Ron Jon's is a tourist trap.

Traded the manual DS/B 07 Cooper S for a new MCCa. My wife wasn't going for the manual trans. and we needed something a bit bigger that she could drive part time. I drive 115 miles round trip to work and wanted to stop heaping all those miles on the MINI. That's what the Maxima is for!
I sorely miss that turbo but as often as my previous car was in the shop...maybe it was meant to be.
Just got the windows tinted this afternoon and I think I will be removing the Union Jack mirror covers and going with black.
Outside of that it might have to get a stereo upgrade and we should be all set!

Here's my 2010 Midnight Black Metallic Clubman S Auto when I picked it up
And then with 30% ceramic tint, my custom painted R53 wheels with 2010 OEM TPMS sensors
And then with painted calipers and rotor hats
And most recently lowered on H&R Street Performance Coilovers, Ireland Engineering (IE) adjustable sway bar, control arms, fixed camber plates.
After a couples days of settling, this is how it looks now. The evolution continues. Got some blacking out and red accents to do still.
Latest Updates as of 7/30/10
In the bodyshop repairing barn door chip that happened during delivery..so more changes planned after it comes back. For now, these were taken before it went in for painting.
Lowered on H&R Street Performance coilovers and camber adjusted with IE control arms at the rear, and fixed camber plates at the front (their adjustable camber plates were out of stock at the time)
Next photos will show blacked out chrome, Vortex 2 carbon fiber scoop, more red accents, JCW wheel with paddle shifter mod.
