Thanks, that's Mothers Reflections tire dressing, Mothers Protectant for the black trim, and Mothers Showtime for the paint. I'll get around to a full wax once it gets a little warmer here on LI.

I haven't detailed mine yet (Really needs it as the dealer detail is well a joke)

I highly recommend for the exterior black plastic trim, Octaneguy's "Black WOW". I bought a bottle from MiniMania last month that should be enough for both MINIs. I applied it on my R53 S and that stuff is amazing! And doesn't wash out! My wheel arches are solid black again! Thanks Richard!

You can see them on the MINIUSA configurator now. They are under the JCW accessories called "Side Scuttle - Grille".

What kind of navigation do you have - that screen looks pretty easy to see.

Well I'm a neophyte when it comes to that stuff but I've been reading a lot on the Navigation forum...and eventually would like to get one, I think. I'll have to check them out in real life. Thanks Donna.

You're welcome. There are SO many different kinds out there to choose from. It can almost be overwhelming. But we definitely wanted portable so it could go in any vehicle. And we wanted the screen BIG enough so that we could see it with no problem. So far, we've had no problems with this one at all...knock on wood.... And her name is Gwendalynn.

Yeah - we like this one much better than the previous one also. It's very easy to install which is nice - no going to the dealer to have it done. The instructions are very clear.

Re the Nav - yes, big enough to see while driving and for some of us that means fairly large ....and again - wonderful to hear how easy you feel that roof rack has been - really looking forward to being able to carry more stuff for a long stay, etc.

They will ship to the US. They have a sweet set in carbon fiber for the low price of $290.00 US shipped LOL

They do have some other options but all the union jack stuff is just not for me.

Thanks for the site thou.
