How long is the average time from scheduled for production until car is ready to ship ? What was the story with your car...

 

Take a look at my signature...turnaround was rather quick for me. My car was delivered to the West Coast, so East Coast can happen even faster. It's also worthwhile to call 866-ASKMINI until it's finished assembly, their information is usually up-to-date as opposed to the Owner's Lounge, which can be delayed by days!

 

My quick story is that I got the "Meet Clubman" e-mail from Mini on 11-30-07 and the next day, I called my MA to find out a little more. The day after that I put a down payment and he assured me I was on the first order for their dealer, other than their spec cars. I traded in my '05 MC 12-21-07, configured my Clubman and I just picked it up today, exactly 2 months from configuration. Too happy!
