If you order an S version today, delivery is in late August. However non-S versions are still at 6 weeks.

That's funny. He put my temp. plate/ad frame on right side up, but I took the advertisement off when I got my actually plate the following day.

 

Well shipmates, I finally took delivery of my HC/S (aka the brown turd as my family calls it) yesterday, although it has been in the dealer for 2 weeks. I was trying to sell one of our cars, but it got to the point that I could wait no longer. Pics will follow.

How do you get the pricacy cover off in the back. I tried in teh dark last nigh tand was not successful. I also noted in my car that the front set of tie downs in the back were not radily available because they were in teh down position and the foor pane was screwed in place and thus I couldn't get therm up. That can be remedied.

I have reached the end of the anticipation of getting chapter and am sure that the operating chapter will be great. My wife (who wnet to the dealer with me for the preview of the Clubman and who had labelled me silly for thinking about the weird little car--bought an MCS from stock) an I have already signed up for a PhillyMINI function. Now the fight is "Whose car are we going to take"

 

Congrats, Jeff. We just got back from a trip in ours to a family thing in Pa. From N.H. We picked up two others in NYC and the four of us had very comfortable ride to Bethlehem and back.

Congrats Jeff! I'm up to 850 miles on mine. I just got back from Rhode Island an hour ago, and I've managed to get 42.3 miles on my current tank of gas according to the computer. Much better than our 04!
