Yet another in Shelby, NC: It was dark, but I'm pretty sure it was a SS/B non-S. Saw it on Marion St. then headed west on Sumter.

 

Saw a Lightning Blue/Silver on the Mass Pike yesterday. Westbound near Worcester.

Picked up my spirits a little driving back from a funeral.

 

I saw a beautiful BRG/Silver clubby today, which is a rarity in my area...I got waves from the driver AND passenger!! They get it!!

 

I saw a Hot Chocolate regular Clubman with a silver top, checkered mirrors, auto. transmission, bonnet stripes, and Mass. plates in the Shaw's parking lot in Biddeford, Maine tonight. That's the first time I've seen a HC in this state that wasn't my own.

 

Saw a PW/B in front of the Radburn train station this morning -- just down the street from my office. That owner has absolutely extraordinary taste, BTW.

 

I saw a dark silver/blk clubbie pass me today ...no wave

 

I saw two in one day last week! I think it was Thursday. A silver/black heading south(east) on 94 in Kenosha on the way to work. On the way home a yellow/black on on Rt. 45 heading north out of Mundelein where I live.

Yesterday, a CR/BLK MCCS after being surprised by a HC/Silver MCC both within about a 3 mile radius of each other in the Port Chester/Rye vicinity of New York. Waves from the CR but I was behind the HC, so who knows.

Lately, the MINIs I've been seeing do seem to have their drivers wave a bit more often, which is nice.

 

I saw two today. First one was CR/Checker roof, in Mission Valley. The other was also CR, but had Black roof and black stripes, she was headed west on the 8 near Qualcomm stadium, headed in the opposite direction as me.

 

Saw a LiB/S with sport stripes in Oradell, NJ this morning. I like the sport stripes on the barn doors. Haven't seen that much.

 

Saw a PW/PW blow by me on my way home through Modest, CA on Monday. It was weaving in and out of traffic. Glad that the slowdown later on was from it.

Got a wave from the LiB/B S that live around the corner from me on Tues also going through Modesto.

Only seen one other Clubby since I got mine.

 

On our way home with our Clubman from LV, we were on the 118 freeway in Simi Valley and spotted one. It was another PW but I think it had a white roof. It was pretty cool, too bad it was going the other way.

We have noticed in the greater LA most Mini people do not wave when wave to them. But when someone does it makes our day.

 

True - not many 'wavers' here. However, we had one blue MC wave yesterday on our way to work and then today when we dropped our daughter off at school, a man walking by with his kids said 'love your MINI!'...which just warmed my heart .

 

It's taken 7 months for me to finally see another Clubman in north Texas.

PW/Silver, 9am today @ I-635 and MacArthur.

Do you guys know how small a Clubman looks when it's not yours?

Yesterday was Slay the Sleeping Dragon, so there were plenty of MINIs in WNC this weekend!

After nearly 7 mos., I saw my very first Clubbie "in the wild" today (a couple hours ago, Chili Red/Red Roof, in the Longwood/Winter Springs area not far from the intersection of 17/92 and SR436); got all excited and ready to wave...when I realized I wasn't in my Clubman; we were on our Vespa instead! Guess that doesn't really count for this thread, but at least it's a start -- Yay, they really are out there in Orlando!!! Can't wait to see more!

Thanks, Lady G! I'm envious of your surroundings and Clubman adventures; maybe we'll meet up one day when we're motoring around in that area - it's just soooooo beautiful up there!!!

I've only seen one other on the road around here, and it was parked. But I was in Miami over the weekend and while driving I saw 3 other Clubbies. Actually, I saw more MINIs in Miami than anywhere else I've been.

Wow, it took you 7 months to see another Clubman in the wild? I guess they're more native to the outer edges of Florida?

I spotted a lovely Dark Silver/Silver at the local Stop N' Shop grocery store the other day here in the suburbs of NYC...but of course no camera for a photo op.

Guess we both need to start carrying our cameras, eh?
