Saw a black one this morning outside of Starbucks in Simi Valley, CA. It always warms my heart to see another Clubbie .

 

Great to see another Clubman in Temecula! Saw this pretty S in a grocery store parking lot.

 

Almost 4 months driving a Clubbie, not a single sighting. Saw one a week or so before I ordered mine, but that was it. Need to move to a less truck-centric area :P

Was behind a BRG Clubman here in Milwaukee on the way to work last week. Had to pass him as he was going to slow though. Pensioner! Haha.

 

Saw a Lightning blue JCW clubman near Strawbridge market place yesterday in Va. Bch. He honked as he passed. Looked very nice indeed!

 

Another family from my school has a Hot Chocolate Clubman S. I see them almost every day.

 

I go for weeks without seeing a clubbie...then I'll see 3-5 in just a few days. Must be those wrinkly weekend drivers!

 

Made a right turn the other day on to our town's main road and there was my MCC's twin - minus rails and chrome.

Yesterday, spotted a BRG/Silver...they're definitely multiplying around here in the Westchester/Fairfield County areas of NY and CT.

Friends took this shot (they know how much I want to see ANY other Clubman) about two weeks ago, they think it was somewhere outside of Lowell, MA. NH plates say "HOTCHOC". Anybody here?

I grew up just next door to Lowell. My mom just sent me a link to a dealer in Freeport, where my folks live, that has a bunch of them.

They have YET to see one on the road....still wondering WHO is going to win that bet they have!

BTW....I LOVE your picture in the Siggy block! I truly miss being up in the North East ......haven't been there in ages and really need to get up there. Perhaps a trip from New Mexico to see my folks in clubbie with the dogs is in order next year!!!!!!

 

Saw a blue Clubman last night driving up our street...he DID not wave or even look! LAME-O.

 

I HATE when people do that....no fun.

 

Same here. My mom also drives a Mini, and since she got her car almost three years ago now we've only gotten maybe three waves between the two of us.

 

Not sure if people understand they "HAVE TO WAVE"....LOL

I know this does not count but I got my first "waveback" yesterday afternoon on a trip back from the Home Depot. Was a Red MCS with white top and a cute gal driving. Gave the wave and got a nice wave back!

I own a 93 Jeep Wrangler that I have modified for off-roading. The jeep community out here is huge and I get the wave from fellow jeepers all the time. Not the "mall jeeps" but the ones folks take off road definitely wave.

 

I've done worse: only two waves! I think waving is dead. My theory is it's probably seen as a "fad" by many owners so they don't feel like waving anymore. Unfortunately, that's guaranteed to kill it off.

Well the wife and I were out to lunch here in Albuquerque and headed to the South east of town to return some stuff to autozone. As we were headed down Eubank (south) I noticed a Hot Chocolate "S" clubbie heading across central. I couldn't catch up in time as it was way ahead. We think it was the one that was just sold at the dealership a couple weeks ago! Too bad we couldn't say "HI"!

 

I spotted a Blue/Silver one yesterday while walking to mine (sort of counts ) It was parked in an appartment complex in first ward here in Charlotte. Seems before we got our MCC we were seeing them all over but not as much lately. Still there seems to be a ton of them here in the Charlotte area.

 

Crazy day of sightings today. I went to the Post Office and while there I saw a BRG Clubman S in the parking lot. I also saw a blue MCS too. I think I've seen the MCS there before. Might work at the Post Office or the Video Store next door. Then, less than a mile away and only minutes later I saw a Blue (the 08 color I think) Clubman S. Crazy, but great.

 

WAY COOL!

My wife has been allowing me to use her's because I am going in for knee replacement surgery and cant drive for quite some time afterwards and I have been seeing a BUNCH of Cooper S's but NO CLUBBIES since the last sighting !

 

OH, AND I FORGOT to add that when I got home and took the garbage down I saw the neighbor's Dark Silver Clubman in the garage. :D

Ouch. I hope that goes well for you Mike. Tell her the Dr recommends that you rehab the knee by driving the Clubman. That should get you even more time behind the wheel.

 

I was driving in the left lane in Venice Beach, when this very happy and smiling guy passing me, slowly, in the right lane and giving my V-sign... I think, hey, that's cool, so I signal him back, and he passed me, and now I see!!!! Precisely the same Clubman like mine!!! Dark silver S Clubbie with black, white lights... So I sped up to catch up with him again, and gave him another thumb up. What a view it must have been for the surrounding drivers :-)

 

I was driving home from Venice Beach today and passed a Hot Chocolate Clubman. They were making a right turn on a green while I was going straight, so I didn't get to make any cool gestures at him.

I was also at a stoplight when a blue MCS rolled up next to me. I could see that the guy driving was checking out my car, so I waved and he just turned his head and looked the opposite direction until the light turned green, obviously ignoring me.
