SPRINGS!

What springs lower the MOST?

H&R has a kit for the Clubman, lowers the car by 1.4 inches (about 3.6 cm)

Any others that lower even more?

Thank you in advance!

It seems H&R lowers the most at 1.4 inches.

Good to know!

As you know, I have the 3cm for the r56 and it sits soooo low... I think 3.6 will be excesive but I would like to be lower in the front, as the rear is now...

You have R56 H&R springs right? They lower exactly as much as the R55 H&R Springs.

Clubman is 70 kg heavier, ok it's virtually nothing but that could be the reason. Also the Clubman has different dampers in de back.

Any experiences with the Eibach kit? Lowers 1.2 inch in the front (about 30mm) and only 0.8 in the rear. (why?)

On a normal MINI it's 1.2 in the front and 1.2 in the back..

They lower the back a little less because they want to make the car have an even drop.

I will be getting a set of pro-kits. From personal experience, they've been the best mix in functionality/drivability/looks every time I've used them.

Anything lower and you might into the dark place of camber issues, uneven tire wear, and over-stressed stock shocks.
