For me it is my VW Touareg V8. The Clubman is on order now. This is going to be a huge change but the gas was just getting out of control!

Coming from a Scion to a MINI, is alike switching from a Toyota to a BMW.

Another truck down!!
Here's what I traded in last week:

I really wished I could have kept it but I couldn't afford it and the MINI at the same time. It realy has nothing to do with gas prices for me, I just really loved driving the MINI. I'm still looking to buy an older pickup or SUV to take offroading in the mountains.

It's not official yet since I have to wait for my Clubman to be built, shipped, and in my hands, (not to mention the financing), but I will be selling my Jeep Wrangler. In fairness, I'll post photos later but does it count if I still have him?
On the bright side, I have a long list of people hounding me to buy my Jeep. I'm sad about it on one hand, but on the other, I'll be getting more then double the mpg. Hopefully my lead foot, (double dose, I got a hit from each parent), doesn't crush my savings in tickets Believe it or not, my Clubman will be a bit longer then my Wrangler!

I traded in my 2005 MG ZR hatchback. Great car, would have bought another had it still been in production. Bought a Cooper Clubman, great substitute!

I am going to have to turn in my Saab 9-5 wagon ~3 weeks before my S Clubman arrives. The wagon got ~26mpg, which was really quite decent, but I don't need a car with that much space! So, I'll be driving a rental until it comes in...

9-5 wagons are nice. used ones are so cheap and they're economical and fast enough. it's almost the perfect family car

That was my second 3yr. lease, and although I could have purchased for ~$17k (50k miles), there would be no warranty with it. I was told I could purchase a certified Saab, which would come with 2yr/50k warranty - and wondered why my lease couldn't be certified...

No kids here, just me and my wife (and two small dogs), and I no longer need to carry p.a. and lights, just my guitar gear. The Clubman fits all my stuff with the seats down, and that's all I needed to see.
