Well, don't tell the NFR Clubbie Club yet but I jumped ship and changed my order today for a DS/B Clubman. I loved the NFR but my husband and I decided to get the S. I'll miss the NFR color a little but I also think that the DS is beautiful and I know either way we'll enjoy the car.

Great choice!
I think it's the best color, but of course I'm a little biased.
Guys, more pics of the DS Clubbies pulease! I'm a week 40er and all this time has me wondering again about my color choice. Keep swaying me with your beautiful cars!
Dark Silver is fantastic - don't second guess yourself, plus even if you wanted to change I'd think it's too late. If Dark Silver had been available in a Non S, I'd have gone with it.
I use all the Prima stuff and I'm addicted! ZAZU was first clayed, then swirled, amigo-d and lastly epic-ed! I'll usually spend about 10 mins every other day with slick and a MF. Totally worth it!!

Thanks Otra! I wish it were too late to change for a FEW reasons but I'm still just "On Order." Though looking through some DS galleries helped.
I was checking out hfs3's gallery -- the DS/DS is nice! Hmmmm....
FWIW, I love the Prima products. Had the Honda looking nice and then apparently a *very* sick seagull (or was it a flock) mistook my car for a Honey Bucket.
Not, alas, an owner of one but yesterday while we were in Annapolis, MD, we saw a beautiful DS/S Clubman...and I wish I'd snapped a photo. It was parked on the main street of Annapolis...and I thought, again, how I wished that color combination wasn't privy to the S.
I'm confused here. What states did you order your cars in? I ordered mine in Texas and dark silver was not available so I settled for pure silver with two black racing stripes. Why are some colors not available while others are? Is it that MINI has to replenish the amount of paint they have at the factory? Something doesn't make sense.
No, I'm not too concerned with performance. I just need a good 4-cylinder car with a stick shift and decent trunk space but one that doesn't look like every other car on the road.
Um, so - did you order an Non S Clubman or an S? This is the only determining factor as to whether or not your order would have been available in Dark Silver.
I picked up my car on Saturday. Two month wait. This has been an awesome experience. Mt. View Mini, James Nguyen (advisor) and Nancy Robinson (Sales Manager) have been nothing short of exceptional. I have bought more cars than I care to admit - this has been the most fun ever. Love the car - had a minor problem on Saturday (needed a touch of mechanical work - I was driving festively). They racked the car - on a Saturday, mind you, gave me a loaner - while my car was fixed - better than new and I picked my car up Monday Noon. Amazing!!!!!!!
The car, well, flat rocks! I have always loved driving - this is a whole new level. I had no idea the cars were such monsters. iPhone picture ot worth posting. Much more to follow. Brembo go on the front, Cross Coil overs all around, 22mm bar on the rear. I'm XX years old and this is gonna be my new hot rod!
Got mine August 10. (my ex beloved Honda CRX Si got totaled). Went to test drive the Clubbie, and they had one there, that manager just ordered for himself. "Test drive only" turned into "bought it on the spot", and loving it a lot!!!
