I would just like to take a moment to thank the people in this thread who opted for CR/B and the anthracite headliner. It makes your cars look amazing. Love the clubman! Can we see more pics of that CR/S combo? That is interesting...
Anyone out there get sport stripes and the clear bra chip protect after market? If so, are the stripes under or on top? I'm getting mine done but I get the car before my stripes arrive. Suggestions are greatly welcomed.
From what I've been told by someone who has changed his stripes several times, it's better to put them over the bra. The clear bra is much more durable and more expensive to put on. That way you can change your stripes as needed and not have to mess with the bra. I saw one car that had the bra and stripes but the bra was cut away to make room for the stripes. So it was bra, stripe, bra, stripe, bra as one layer.

Thanks, that helps. We'll see which arrives first. That cut away method seems like a lot of work and I'm sure costly.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for posting all your pix of your Chili Reds! Having had dark blue and green minivans and SUVs for too many years, there are moments when I wonder whether I've done the right thing by going with the utterly sassy chili red. But then I see your pictures of your gorgeous Clubmans, and all those doubts instantly vanish! I especially love your boot shots -- so sharp. (Oops, can I say that without getting in trouble??) Can't wait to get my very own CR Clubman!
We picked Silver because we thought it might be cooler here in Tucson. It also made it brighter so its easier to see by the big 4x4's in our neck of the desert.
Hey Bob, that's actually one of the core reasons I've ordered CR with Sliver. I think the Silver really outlines the the car well and therefore makes its boundaries more apparent to other cars/bikes on the road.
