Hi everyone!

I was the first to test out these side scuttles that I know CR owners will be excited for!

LOOK AT THESE THINGS

They are custom ordered from www.aecarbon.com. Feel free to post in their forum or give a call, they said they can make a few other colors as well, but I think red kevlar and CR are a match made in heaven!

I "officially" joined the CR club two days ago. "RedMist" was ordered from a national leasing company in Michigan. From first phone call to delivery in L.A. (the original selling dealer was in PA) was two weeks. I got pretty lucky that the car was available, and the price was under MSRP.

Now it's time to start adding toys!

I took delivery of my Clubbie 2 days back. I saw a Chilli Red w/ Blk top Clubbie and was hoping it was mine. Unfortunately no. Mine's NFR w/ Blk top and the CR just screams more attention-which is AWESOME. I'm half regretting choosing AND paying for the NFR. Although, only half regretting. ;p

The pictures of everyone's clubbies are awesome on this thread!

Maggie! All you have to do is push that “Start” button and you’ll REALLY be driving.

Hey, don't encourage her. She could easily do it if shown where it is! I have to make sure the fob is out of range before I let her in the driver's seat

1st, I LOVE Maggie - she is so cute!!!!!! And today I saw another CR Clubman...this one was on the NJ Turnpike just after the Wilmington Delaware Bridge heading north...and it really looked so good. The CR/BLK is really a super color combination for the Clubman. Great color, great looks and you save $500 - what was I thinking?

Very nice! Those silver sport stripes are great. I also got a laugh from the movie theatre marquee in the background: HSM3, a documentary, and a French film. Nice strategy by the theatre owner: bring in HSM3 to pay the bills, and then show whatever you really want on the other screens!

Chili Red Clubman S added to our stable

My 2006 factory JCW MCS Cabrio just got a new garage-mate yesterday and i got to admit that it's pretty cool. My wife decided her 2006 Lexus IS was just a little too sedate for her and she wanted something with a little more "smile factor" for her everyday driver. Junior at Long Beach Mini took good care of us and we got the car in just about 8 weeks from placing the order.

not...this is turning out to be a bit of a joke. was due last friday, according to the owner's lounge. never showed up until this past thursday night, but no one knew where it was in between. dealer had me come in early to fill out all the paperwork to meet their monthly quota on friday, got a $500 discount, yippy-skippy, but guaranteed to have it ready today...then after i fill out all the paperwork i find out the accessories weren't even delivered yet...due to be delivered today. they didn't even start working on my car until late this afternoon and so now it's not done...still a couple hoursof work left, despite only getting 2/3 of the accessories delivered. the headliner is still mia as is the chrome scoop...both on "national backorder" and no eta for delivery. ten bucks says i'll never see either one, but at least i wasn't charged for the headliner. the chrome line exterior looks like crap w/ a body colored scoop. wtf?

so not only has mini screwed up, twice, now it's confirmed my dealer is not so hot either, which i kind of figured since they never contacted me throughout this whole period. how companies like this stay in business is beyond me.
