not that I post much, but I have been trying to find some light weight rims (15-17 lbs). I had pretty much decided to get the enkei rpf1's, then found out they wont work with the 15mm spacers I have. Also look at getting some 8000k HID's to replace the stock ones. It looks like they are D1S', but the the pictures I am seeing for those bulbs look really weird, I want to pull the front light out to verify. Other than those items, not doing too much.

hehe, I bought a nice camera for christmas and I am taking classes on how to use it (I still dont know how to get those "focused" shots, where the car looks good, but everything else is out of focus). Once I get the rims on I will post up some pic's..

Hey Guys, Just got back from a 3200 mile trip up the east coast and back. My youngest brother lives in North West CT, and I love the roads there. I stayed up in Great Barrington, a quick 30 min trip to my brother in Lakeville CT. Now I am back hole in South Florida, where the highest point is the local landfill.
I hope all my old friends are doing well, had a great winter, and are now back out on the road with their Mini's.
Take good care of yourselves.
Larry

Close Encounters of the Chili Red Clubman Kind
Had a wonderful time putting Vera through her paces during the High Plains Motoring Society's Black Hills Run. What they say about the extra 15 hp one gets from Chili Red (plus 5 more for bonnet stripes?) must be true: this non-S Clubman had absolutely no problem running with all the MCSs in the twisties and on the open road, much to everyone's surprise, my own included!
More pix from the weekend are at http://www.flickr.com/photos/tancred...7618409338543/.
Hope everybody's having fun this summer with their CR Clubbies!

Glen - I love your CR/BLK MCC!! I'm now becoming convinced that as much as I might like some of the other colors, that PW and CR are two of the best on the Clubman - and they're free!
Yours is particularly nice looking...of course I am partial to the Cooper Clubman's front bonnet. I hope you haven't given up on the forum... It's often quite active. I know that I've been preoccupied with things other than MINI lately...but this can be a very helpful site. Congratulations upon your new MINI Clubman!

Hey all!
I've been a bad Chili Red hermit, and I now offer up pictures as repentance...
Pictures from our first two local club runs can be seen here:

Here are a couple of teasers...
