The Mini Magazine

My wife was at Borders in Bowie yesterday, I asked her to pick-up some car magazines - Car Driver etc... She called me as she was getting the mags, and she started reading off the selections...Mini Magazine was mentioned.."hold it, did you say Mini Magazine?" yes, please pick it up! YES, it was a July - August copy..none the less interesting! Before I vacation in Vegas in early September, I will look for the next issue!

I found that you can subscribe to this magazine from here:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/AS...kstorenow97-20

During the process of searching for "Mini Magazine", I found another magazine as well - MC2 Magazine:

Yes they sell mini mag and MC2 but the mini mag. is more about classics and is from the UK hence the high price. I stick with MC2 which is the US mini mag now if it only came out monthly.

There is also Modern Mini, from the UK. I get it at Barnes and Noble, $10.95 an issue. MC2 is from the west coast, a good Mag to read lots of good pics and it covers most of the US Mini evenys, with lots of venders that are not on NAM. Just another ay to learn more. I get them all, and then some, what can I say, I spend a lot of time in the bathroom.

Becareful your face may stay that way! ha ha ha

the MC2 magazine is pretty decent. The mags from the UK are good but they are pretty pricey. In '05, there was a UK MINI mag that was excellent but it went under. Great stuff though...

Holy Crap Batman, $109...on Amazon for a 12 month subscription, what a deal.
Sounds more like Bend Over magazine.

Lady G, are you referring to the Atlanta suburb?
Then again, you could call the airport and have him paged.

I have a coworker who's telling me to move to the Cary, NC area.

Cary is pretty nice...outside of Raleigh. Your closest MINI dealer would be Flow in Winston Salem, maybe 45 mins/1 hour away? Cary is about 4 hours from where I am in Asheville.

I think I'm setting a record for most thread hijacks...

Is it weird that there is no MINI dealer anywhere around Raleigh/Cary/Durham?

I know, NC dealers only in Winston and Charlotte. Weird.

Century in Greenville SC is actually closest to me.
