R55 Clubman with mudflaps? Photos?
#26
I did the same thing from outmotoring..... I haven't received them yet though..... Have you checked to see if they fit?
Looking at RealOEM, the parts look identical, but maybe they are using the same illustration. However, looking at photos of the 'correct' Clubman flaps, they look the same as what I have.
I'm going to email OutMotoring, this morning, to see what they have to say.
Cheers,

I contacted Outmotoring about the clubby flaps(which are the same number as the coupe), and they said they would fit np. Also, if you look at realoem, and compare the two part number side by side they look identical..... I'll keep the ones from out motoring and when I take delivery in December, I'll put them on and let everyone know if they fit for real.

Jeebs! I'm almost famous!
Dealer installed mine before delivery. As is discussed somewhere else on the Clubman board, it's easy to install the rears incorrectly. They don't flap (pardon the pun), but they're not as solid as the fronts if the installer doesn't get the lower screw (IIRC) in properlly. Mine are wrong, but I'm waiting until I have to go back to the dealer to get them fixed.

Outmotoring has stated that they haven't had any problems with fitment of P/N 115 for all Cooper models (including the Clubman). However, they did state that they could get P/N 736 and exchange them for the P/N 115 they recently shipped me. But, they have asked me to test fit them to my Clubman, to see if they fit.
I'm going to try them tomorrow, however I think that I'm going to want the correct ones (P/N 736). Otherwise, the service has been great. I received the other items ordered, no problems. They also can ship USPS, which is great for us Canadians. UPS charges outrageous customs fees...
I'll let you know how I make out....

I've noticed that one of my rear mudflaps isn't as tight as all the others and wondered what the deal was. I'll add this to my list when I get to the dealer. Thanks!

I briefly placed the hatchback rear mudflaps on the rear arch of my Clubman and I don't really think the fit is as good as the fronts are.
As such, I'm going to return these mudflaps (P/N: 82-16-0-415-115) for the proper Clubman rear mudflaps (P/N: 82-16-0-430-736). This part number has been confirmed by my local BMW dealership, RealOEM.com, as well as you online enthusiasts.
Although they're just mudflaps, I'd like them to fit as best as possible. Funny, they're quite stiff as they are made of plastic, not rubber. They should probably be called 'mud deflectors', rather than 'mud flaps'!

I bought both front and rear flaps from Moss Mini Motors and they fit perfectly. All four were $75.85. No need for photo's as they look just the others pictured above. I bought them for the main reason that I switched out the run flats, 205/45/17, for the Toyo Proxes 4's, 215/45/17. That small, 1/4" plus, additional tire width called for some paint protection, especially my graphic.

If you are planning to install both a MiniDoMore hitch and mudflaps on a Clubman, best to do the hitch first, as the mudflaps interfere with part of the hitch installation.

So for those of you who have installed the mudflaps (or, for hoonu, splash guards ), how much do they cut down on regular road splashing along the bottom sides of the Clubman? Even the smallest amount of rain seems to leave the lower third of my Clubman with all sorts of dirt and mud streaks despite the fact I'm just doing highway driving.

Screw the mudflaps I want more pictures of that cute dog...is that a Frenchy?

Hi Guys
I sent the P/N: 82-16-0-415-115 rear mudflaps back to Out Motoring. Aaron was fine with this, and is paying for the shipping return. He offered the P/N: 82-16-0-430-736 in exchange, however the price difference is significant ($95 versus $37).
Therefore, I've opted to just have the hatchback rear mudflaps + shipping refunded and I'll pick up the Clubman rear mudflaps at my local MINI dealership for CA$100.
Cheers,
