Hanging Radiator Hose?

A few days ago I noticed that the lower radiator hose was hanging down below the front air dam - ie the lowest part of the front bodywork, the part that will hit a steep driveway curb.

I grabbed the hanging hose and pushed it up and pulled it forward so that it rested on the little shelf formed by the bottom of the air dam.

I have been driving around for few days and it seems to be alright. But it seems like there should be some kind of strap to hold the hose up.

I found one other thread that mentioned this problem but there was no resolution.

Any info on this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I'm curious about this too. I read that one guy's horror story or road debris knocking that hose loose, and his engine getting slagged.
