Aftermarket horn

Anyone replaced their horn yet on the Clubman ... I've been wanting a Stebel Nautilus horn for a long time and wonder if anyone put one in yet?

Tested mine once at the dealer just to check it and then only used it when i was on a Mini Drive as some 200+ Mini's exited the parking lot.

On the rare occasion I actually find myself in a horn worthy situation, I can never remember what button makes the horn sound until I'm way past the appropriate time to use it. lol

Since my R56 is the same as your R55 under the bonnet I feel like I can respond.

That's on my list of things to do to Lewis once it gets warm. There's too many roundabouts and people who don't know how to use them around here (plus pickups who will just as soon run you off the road as anything). Let us know if you do and how it goes. I found a few threads on how to wire it but not where exactly it'll fit under the bonnet of an R56/55.

yes, I saw quite a few how-to's for the R53 but was not able to find one for the newer gen cars. will have to try a few other forums as well.

Wow! I loved the sound of those twin horns! Would love to get that monster sound for my little car!

The horn is on the passenger side behind the bumper I believe.
My memeory is a little foggy on this, but I think there are two horns(?)
(not buttons, but the actual horns, maybe...)
I'll have to look at my car in the morning.

As far as taking the bumper off, ALTA's intercooler install PDF here on NAM would be a good guide.
