Chrome lower grill surround?

Hello! I have an 08 Clubman S which has the chrome surround on the upper grill. The lower grill has a black surround. I would like to purchase a chrome surround for the lower grill, does anyone know where I can find this piece?

I've seen it in pictures but have not found any sites with such an item for sale...

Thanks!

Buy it from your dealer, part # 51112756991.

Yup, your local dealer is the easiestt choice. Or contact one of the dealers that offers discounted prices like Morristown or Classic. It shouldn't be too expensive. The install is pretty straight forward. It just requires removing the bumper and unsnapping the old grille from behind. The new chrome one just snaps right back in.

My before/after pics of the install on a non-S

Thank you SO much, RKW, you're truly a gentleman and a scholar!! <g> I will inquire with a dealer next week when the Parts Dept. is open for business.

This is great, the front end cries out for completion and now I can satisfy my car's plaintive wail...

Oh yes, thank you, Rally, it's great to see a piccie of the grill in action! What a terrific bunch we have here!

Best Wishes,

See, this kills me. I really like the way the lower chrome trim looks, but the phrase

It just requires removing the bumper

gives me a case of the hives. Care to expound a little on that enterprise?

Anyone know if they made this or something like it for the R50's?

I am trying to figure if I should add the chrome lower to my new S when it gets here or black out the chrome around the black upper grill. I just want the top and bottom to match. What do you think?

Definitely chrome Matches the white roof and classy blue exterior. Black grills is more of an aggressive sporty style.
