Receiver hitch

Hi Gang,
I was just wondering if anyone has bought a Receiver Hitch for their Clubman, and if so from who? And has anyone put a bike rack on it.

Thanks in advance for you answers.......

Happy Motoring,

Larry

There are two companies that have trailer hitch receivers out for Culbmans

Mini Do More
http://www.minidomore.com/mini_coope...iler_hitch.php
Cost $325.00, 1-1/4" Class I receiver, Must move license plate to get to receiver, can take most 1-1/4" accessories.

Mini Fini
http://www.minifini.com/Shop.aspx
Cost $475.00 Plus accessories, Only their accessories will fit the receiver style but they do have a 1-1/4" Class I or a 2" Class I Accessory, But you do not have to move the license plate each time you use it.

EDIT: BTW there is a OEM one that can be ordered out of Germany or UK but at last check the cost was $700 Plus shipping and it had a permanent Ball Mounted to it. It would make it very difficult to use here in the US as there are no bike racks etc that are made for this ocuntery that would mount to it.

Schatzy62 - do you know where I can get the part numbers for the components of euro hitch kit? I am particulary interested in the heavy duty rear springs. thanks ajm

The Kit, as an add on after the car is built does not come with the heavy duty springs so there is not part number for them in the Parts data base that i have access to. In fact there are not spring part numbers at all in the data base i have access to. You would need to contact a dealer in the UK. One other person that may be able to help is Mike (i believe that is his name) at
