I did the same thing in black to make the Clubman look shorter lengthwise. I'm almost tempted to undo it though cause it looks weird after a while(especially if you look it from across the parking lot). That's just me though. :P

Yea, mine's the nightfire red. That's the cool thing about vinyl, able to change it easily :D I think yours work out better because the silver separates itself from the arches and side skirts. My black A panels continues into the black trim and it seems off. x.X
This is the only photo that you can see the pillars clearly in.
Send me some shots of the back and I can Photoshop them black if you wanna get a better idea.
quote=MINIdave;2697861]I wanted something to offset all the blue at the front of the car and to balance the silver trim at the rear...............whadya think?

I like the idea, however I would also do the 'A' pillars in silver.
Silver arches and trim might look good with a silver roof, but I think I'd leave them black. I don't want too much silver, just enough to balance all that blue with the silver in the back.
As it is, it kinda reminds me of the Audi R8's "blade" .........
Thanks for doing the C pillars, Saturn. I'll give that some thought. I'm told they're easy to remove so it would be easy to paint them if I decide to do so....
Saturn, are you going on the chocolate run next Sat?
