R55 Cleaning the Interior of your Clubman

If you like their products it should be not real problem, but IMHO they are about he worst on the market.
They have always left a greasy left over mess no mater how much i rubbed it off on any item I have ever used them on, and that just collects dust and make it look bad even faster.
But that is just my opinion.
And you may want to go on over to the detailing forum and check that out.

And I dislike the Griot Interior Cleaner and just went back to Armour-All. It's a matter of personal preference. All the "pros" will argue with me but I like the way Armour-All leaves a shine. Makes it look like I actually cleaned the car whereas the Griot's stuff looks clean but dull. To me shiny is good.
I never apply the Armour-All directly to the dash. I squirt some on the rag then rub it in. And I stay away from the clear glass/plastic gauges. I just use canned air on that.

This is personal preference and a personal opinion.
CLEANERS
Most ALL parts on the interior of a car can be cleaned with a mild soap and warm water. The use of harsh chemicals is rarely needed to keep your interior looking new. You will also be happier with the NON chemical smell your car is left with after detailing.
PROTECTANT
On plastic parts and dash board, Armour All protectant is OIL based and IMHO is nothing but a dust collector and adding a nice thin layer of GUNK on your interior that creates buildup. Example, run your finger over your tires after one week of having Armour All on them...BLACK GREASE! This is what you leave on your dash.

I use this only. If it's good 'nuff for Aircraft cockpit's, it's good 'nuff for me!

+1 on the 303.
I have used it on all my cars and boats. Great for anything that gets sun, tires, rubber trim, dash board & door panels, even the lower trim around the mini. Keeps all the black stuff nice and shiny.
Do NOT use it on anything that you have to walk on, fiberglass boat decks or rubber footwell pads on personal watercraft.

+2 on the 303.
If you want a more shiny look, apply more on. Also, Vinylex is very good too, from the makers of Lexol Leather Cleaner and Protectant.
Personally, I am not a fan of Armor All products. I don't like the greasy look and feeling, plus it attracts more lint and dust compared to 303.

original Armor-all in the hot dry locations of the country will burn the dash board over time...as will any product that contains alcohol,,,
I am a firm believer in murphys oil soap and water... with a occasional coating of Son of a gun.. or back to black . or your high priced fancy interior protectors... and use micro fiber towels on the gauge faces...
obtw... on leather.. nothing but saddle soap...and anyone who make $30,000.00 + leather saddles what they would use on them!!!
