Are both the exterior rear view mirrors power controlled and are they standard?

Are both the exterior rear view mirrors power controlled and are they standard? I have read conflicting reports - some say just the driver side is.

I am referring to the Mini S Clubman.

Both and yes, standard.

OK, I drive the non S but believe me - both mirrors are power and controlled from the driver's side door.

Power fold is for both mirrors. It's a standalone option or part of the cold weather package.
