R55 The options are killing me!

A final thank you for all your help and opinions! I ordered yesterday, a Halloween present to myself. I did opt for the xenons and the auto wipers. I'm sure I could see without em and I can def tell when it is raining but if I'm ordering my car to have a while may as well spoil myself.
I did not get the driving lights after all, though I love the look, I couldn't justify something I would rarely use, I never really use my high beams.
I did not get the mud flaps, I'm quite sure I would be capable of putting them on after if I chose to get them somewhere cheaper.
I can't wait to start stalking my production!

If you have (1) sporting aspirations or (2) plan to keep your car beyond the warranty period, I would advise against Xenons. They are (1) heavy and (2) overly complex (esp. the self-leveling stuff) and are very expensive to replace/repair. Halogens with uprated bulbs are more than sufficient.

Not even in the options list. I has something to do with the National Traffic Safety Administration report that states the electrically conductive material had has the ability to become opaque and that would cause you not to be able to see out the front window. Total BS as the Europeans have had this for many years.
