Hi.
Initially placed order almost 2 weeks ago, Clubman S, 6 speed, Silver White Package, Sunroof ,Tech Package.
Originally ordered it with HK, Arm rest, and bluetooth.(not Tech package)but looking at the new Tech package, it would add only $500 and I get connect, plus rear parking sensor.
So I opted for that(changed it 3 days ago), however now I have to wait as they put a hold on taking orders with Connect...... :(
oh well, im in no real rush , as I currently have a 2010 VW GTi 4 door.
but man I cant wait!!!!
any others out there with Silver WHite Clubmans? Pictures?
also who else is stuck in limbo with this connect "issue"

I'm a fellow White Silver owner with the almost all the same options you have. I ended up getting chrome package exterior as well, which gives it a nice understated "pop" that blends well with the silver and black colors. It's an awesome color combo...so many people have complemented me on the colors. I haven't seen too many here in the San Francisco Bay Area but I imagine this should be a popular choice for 2012.

BTW, I debating between stripes or no stripes. Right now it looks really nice and clean and worried the stripes might muddle it up a bit.

 

I am still debating even though I ordered mine with stripes as shown in the picture. I was thinking it might look too bland without the stripes but worst case, I can safely remove them if I want the clean look. BTW, how do you like the bullet wheels? I've never seen them in person.

 

I took the opposite tact. I declined the stripes and figured I could add them on later by buying from one of the NAM vendors and doing it myself for cheaper than having it dealer/factory installed. The bullet wheels I believe are what pulls the whole white silver/black roof combo together--it's an amazing look. Because everything matched so well that was why I decided to hold off on the stripes as I felt it might be too cluttered. Going to tint the windows next month and that should really enhance the look.
