I am considering ordering the OEM carbon fiber dash/color line panels for a 2012 Clubman and was curious if anyone has done this themselves and might be able to share some instructions. My dealer has never done one and wasn't able to tell me anything about how difficult it was.
Not sure if it's just a double face tape type of install or it involves removing panels, etc.

it's super easy. do it yourself. you pop of the panel over the steering wheel with a flat head and the other is held on by 2 allen head screws and a couple clips. searching will find you answers

 

This video is a very good one for showing how much of the dash comes apart.

Probably more in depth than you may need but gives a lot of good info.
