Thumbs up to Detroit Tuned

PSA:
I ordered a spare wheel, thumb wheel to hold down said wheel, and oil filter on Monday for our new Clubman. The parts arrived in only 2 days and packaged well. They threw in some stickers and key chain beer can opener as free marketing swag. Good service, good price, good quality parts. I'll be a repeat customer.

Yes, I agree and will keep ordering from them as long as I have the car.

Thanks! If we have the part in stock we ship same day, and always made sure that there is enouigh packing in there to make sure the part gets there undamaged. Cutting costs on packing supplies is never a good option when you need an item and it gets there damaged. So we don't do it. Also if we do not have a part in stock for what ever reason, we drop ship it or give you a call for an update and give you options. And we also alwasy try to pack the box with as many free fun things as we can to deck out your mini, it's key chain, or your pint glass collection .

Thanks for the kind words. We will be ready to get you parts any time you need.

Received the spare tire and the boot tool tray from Detroit Tuned last Friday in perfect condition,a separate box for each. The shipping cost was a little high [$61]to south Florida.I installed the retainer stud with LockTite and used the packing foam to line the tire well. The spare is installed outside down, check the air pressure first! Set the empty tool tray in and installed all the tools. The jack doesn't fit flush, but close enough.I had to cut a little foam away to fit the tow hook.
