I test drove a used JCW Mini last week, and loved the drive, but not the color (no offense to you CROC owners). I found a Florian Laurel edition that I am in love with from a style perspective, but wonder how difficult it would be mod it closer to JCW performance specs. It would be cool if the car was actually as racy as it looks

Would a tune and exhaust get me close?
Does the Dynamic Traction Control option include a Limited Slip Diff?

OK. Answered my own question about the LSD. Seems to be yes and no.... not a mechanical LSD, but supposed to achieve similar results.
