Help with mold and a leak!

I could use some help.

At first I thought I left my sunroof open as all my floor mats were soaked. I dried them out, then the same thing happened a few days later. I made sure all my windows and sunroof were closed. My floor mats, (the drivers side and rear right passengers side couldn't stay dry. I would get them dry using a hair dryer, but the next day, they'd be soaking wet again.

I had surgery 3 weeks ago and haven't driven my mini in that time and I went to start the engine and found mold growing everywhere, which makes me think I have a leak.

Is this a known problem? Is there a place I should look in particular for the leak? Is this something my mini dealer could take care of. My car is less than a year old :(

Yes, that would be a warranty item. Take it in.
