Well to clarify it is on the 3rd (club) door, but I am not sure if it technically is the B post because it is a part of the door. But where it is on a normal R56, right above the seat belt is the the same. Hopefully that helps clarify and not making it more confusing.
I pulled the air bag cover off and did not see any sign of a light! I will double check and let you all know.
When you pull the air bag light cover off you will then need to take the screw out and remove the pillar cover to see anything. It is an LED module mounted on the back side of the pillar cover. May be just unplugged if they had to do an work on the club door they may not have reconnected it.
Found the issue! Took the panel off and found the led light hanging on the inside of the door. Plugged the light back in and the light works! Thanks for all the help!
Basically, you just hold the button (I think it's toward you) until it starts changing colors on its own. Then let go. I think it's the 4th button from the left. It's awesome at night!!!
Didja know that besides selecting the color of mood lighting you like, you can turn it on to rotating thru all the colors & repeating???

This will not work on pre-'11 cars. The '07-'10 R56 and '08-'10 R55 got just a few colors and no cycling. '11+ cars get a few more colors and you can cycle through the colors automatically.
