Most cars I've driven how a light that comes on when a child is in the passenger seat saying airbag off. Does my 2013 clubman have this light? I'm pretty sure this feature is built in. It shows it in the safety features.

 

Yes, it's required by law. It's near the upper toggle switches by the rear view mirror. Look in the Airbag section of your Owner's Manual.
