There's a bunch of good advice above. One thing to be sure of is that you're clear of the car when beating the hell out of it: you don't want it falling on your legs! Always be careful when laying a beating on something.

I know, I'm going to hell

This will often break the seal between the hub and the wheel.
Don't do this, fail, and give up and go on to drive the car normally without
re-tightening the lug nuts, or you could be in for a nasty surprise.
This method has worked for me in the past when all else has failed.

This is the solution.

If you can kick your car off of jack stands you must have some insane legs or your car isn't supported properly. Very unlikely it's the former

Well I finally got around to rotating the tires. I picked up a good spray penetrating lube and sprayed the area between the wheel and disc well, let sit for 6 hours. Two wheels came off without much trouble the other two still would not move so I put the lugs back in but left them loose two turns, drove the car back and forth a few times hitting the brakes hard. Both wheels came off but were still very tight. All 4 wheels had a lot of rust around the hubs. I lobbed everything with white lithium grease and put the tires back on. Should be go to go for the next rotation.
