Remove the 2 10mm bolts holding it to the side of the head, clean the surfaces thoroughly, apply a conservative amount of black RTV to the O-ring (don't seal in the small drain hole at the bottom of the vacuum pump) and reinstall. You can also source the O-ring for it, but a bit of RTV will fix the issue permanently as opposed to being back in the same boat 3 years later.

If its just the gasket between the head and the pump its here. If its the pump itself you have to get the whole pump.
