Clubman lower bumper

Hi guys, I ripped my lower bumper and deflector after hitting a curb, how easy is to remove it and replace my self, I don't want it go thru insurance and increase my premium. Any place sell painted bumper you can recommend, I am in south Mass. Thanks.

Do you have a better pic, we have the primed ones, but no painted. Looks like you damaged more on the bottom end.

Looks like some more damage underneath, might not be a quick fix, some of the bottom main bumper skin #1 is broken and might not hold the lower lip.

R55 LCI 2011+ Clubman ( NON S ) Stock bumper.

But It looks like it might not hold to the bottom bumper or underneath, seems like allot more damage. I would get a running list and compare to the pics.

Now you have a cost .

You can do the work yourself. That will save a bunch in labor costs.
If the bumper is damaged, get a replacment, take it out and get it painted. Having just the panel loose will save you money at the paint shop as they don't have to disassemble or mask off stuff.

There are some fiddly little clips that you'll have to access for the wheel arch trim. Plan on a few extra dollars to get all the little clips and fasteners. Look at the Bentley book and on line for their video on putting the front end in "service position". It tells you most of the clips and nuts and such that have to get released to pull the bumper.
