Power points not working

Hopefully someone can suggest a cause for this issue as I have searched and can't find the answer. All topics I found suggest the fuse is blown.

Both front and trunk power points (cigarette lighter) are not working. The fuse (R44) is fine so there must be another cause for this.

2011 Clubman.

Mine are not working either, and I am also searching for this issue. I found a wad of chewing gum shoved in one of my power points... I am not sure, but I feel as if this may be related, lol.
