Help P0014 and P0015 ( these are conflicting codes) SOLVED

Hello every one, I know my way about and around when fixing cars and using diagnostic tools etc, but My 2009 non turbo Mini Clubman with 79k miles is throwing exhaust cam system codes P0014 ( timing over-retarded) and P0015 (timing over-advanced), these are conflicting codes, i bought the car with the top chain guide broken, no internal damage to engine, engine is pristine, I have replaced: * Timing chain kit, both Vanos.
I have cleaned and swapped around the sensors and Vanos solenoid to see if the fault moves to the intake cam, but keep getting the same codes for the exhaust cam

i have checked the timing several times and as per the tool i got from amazon everything is timed correctly. I removed the oil pan to check for oil pump obstruction, I also removed and checked the vacuum pump to check for free smooth rotation, everything seems to be fine, car has power and drives good.
any help will be greatly appreciated.

You might want to check the vacuum pump to see if it's binding.

Thanks so much Otay for you reply, I removed the vacuum pump to test it, and it rotates smooth and easy by Hand. it seems to be a recurring problem many Mini owners have after doing timing chain replacement.

Did you use the proper tooling to lock out the cam shafts and crank when replacing the timing chain? It is critical to get those aligned when installing the replacement chain since there is no keying on the crank to the chain drive sprockets.

Update...

Took the car to the dealer 159 miles away, dealer tried the adaptation, codes p0014 and p0015 kept coming back at them, no success, they could not tell me whats going on, they checked the cams and found a little bit of wear on the camshaft bearing cap, At this moment i am sutck in a limbo with this one.

Make sure to clean very well the cam sensors. If they have any dirt the adaptation is aborted...took it again back to Dealer, they cleared all the adaptations using dealer equipment, after that i did the relearn y self using a friend matco android base scan tool and so far is being running good for about a month.
