Advice on cylinder 1 misfire?

2008 R55 Cooper. Clyinder 1 misfire code, changed plugs, swapped coil packs around, good compression, still throwing code and running rough. Any ideas what else it could be?
thanks

You really need to Oscope the signal wire coming from the DME....Also, do a resistance test on all of the wires from the coil pack to the DME. Sounds like a failed output stage
