how to remove the trim molding on the split rear door just below glass

how do i take the trim molding off ?
, i don't want to break it cuz it's $90 to replace.
i need to remove the rear glass and the molding is holding the bottom of the glass.
thanks for help.
the body shop won't tell me how to do it.

Be careful! I believe the rear glass is bonded to the door frame also.

i cut the glue on 3 sides of the window

now it's just the bottom left to cut but the trim molding is also in the way.
has anyone removed this before ?

ok, i finally got it off , the molding was also glued to the bottom edge of the window ,,

so after cutting the glue on the bottom edge they came off together
