2009 Clubman JCW

I've been looking for detailed specs on the N14 engine, crank and connecting rod dimensions so I can check to see whether my parts are within wear limits but can't find the specs anywhere. Very surprised to discover it is left out of the Bentley manual.

Can anyone post the numbers? Please ?

I will be happy with whatever people have, but am looking for these sort of numbers: (All for Standard size)

1) Cylinder bore diameter (Min/Max) and service/wear limit.
2) Ringgap values
3) Crank Main Bearing Journal Diameter (range)
4) Crank Free End Play
5) Connecting Rod Journal Diameter (range)
6) Connecting Rod Bearing to Crankshaft Clearance (desired / allowable range)
7) Main Bearing to Crankshaft Clearance (desired/allowable range)
8) Piston pin diameter (range)

P.S. If this posting looks familiar it is because I have cut-and-pasted it from the R53 section of this forum where another poster was seeking this info for the W11 engine.

When to Rebore Cylinders

I found N14 cylinder specs online but am still uncertain about when its time to rebore. The below "New Condition" cylinders specs are great but there is no criteria that spells out when to rebore. Cylinders are glazed but no gouges so my original plan was to just hone and get new rings.

Is it time to rebore when "New Cylinder" tolerances are exceeded?

"New Cylinder" tolerances:

Bore hole ∅a) mm 77,000...77,018 Permitted out-of-round of cylinder bore a) mm 0,005 Permitted conicity of cylinder bore a) mm 0,01 Permissible total wear tolerance between piston and cylinder (engine operated) mm 0.130
