Making the center arm rest larger

You are talking about the armrest, right? I think of the center console as the area below the NAV/Speedo. I would be interested in your report.

Have you thought about hand wiring the Treo to the cars harness in the armrest?

I assume there IS a harnes of some sort in the armrest ready for the phone connection, right? How about get the pinouts of it, and get the pinouts to your phones normal sync/charge wires, and wire them togehter?

That's what I plan on doing, with a Blackjack.

There is an antenna cable & +12v in the center armrest on the Mini

Any idea on how you would do that? Would you need to strip the wire that's in the harness? Is there something that can be plugged into the pins that can then be stripped? It would be great to get the antenna working
