MA just called. "smudge" is at the dealer, having extra stuff fitted

 

congrats. I am shooting for Wed pickup.

 

Just got the call yesterday afternoon. I will be heading down to pick up my car tomorrow afternoon.

 

I'll be picking mine up on Saturday! Yipee!!

 

Mine is still in the shop. They had to get some parts for the JCW brakes and are waiting for them to arrive. So probably monday when we come back from KY

 

I am scheduled for tonite at 7PM CST

 

Spoke to my MA today, DoubleDuece is supposed to arrive on Saturday , problem is - just as I feared - I am leaving town for the better part of two weeks on Saturday morning

Which is worse: having DD for a day and then having to leave it for two weeks or never getting DD and just knowing it is at the dealer?

In the end it won't matter because I will miss it by hours.

 

check in w/ MA...my car arrived at the dealer 2 days before scheduled.
MA told me their tracking computers are often behind reality. Mine was "released to trucking co." when we found it sitting on the drop off lot.
