Whoo hoo. New MCS on order

Just needed to post. I've got a production number (though no prod. date set yet). One step closer to my new MINI.

Thanks for listening.

Way to go, Indigo! Hang in there...the summer will fly by and you'll be motoring the twisties sooner that you think

Something is wrong here. These people are happy and they do not have their Mini yet. I dunt(tm) get it? I was a whiney-jumpy-twitchy-nervous-wreck before Romi arrived. Now, I am not twitchy at all.

Congratulations! May time go for you as well as it did for the thousands before you.

Thanks to all

Thanks for the support. I remember waiting months for my '03 MCS back in the day. I'll be plenty twitchy now that I'm waiting on my new one but I'm very happy it's only a few weeks.

Well since you live in New Jersey, your wait will be a little shorter. ( hopefully)

Congratulations, Indigo! It's a long wait, but you can do it. What's wrong with your other MINI? No driving the twisties while you wait?

As for my other MINI, she's sick. I took her in for what seemed to be a cold start issue. When the engine's cold, it just sputters and jerks under load. Once it's warm, it drives just fine. I'v ehad it with my dealer for more than 2 months and they can't figure out how to fix it. At this point I'm ready to let go and move into an '07.

As for the twisties, that's the good part. I have an '06 MCS loaner from my dealer until my new car shows up so I'm motoring every day.

Still, I'm anxious for my R56. I've test driven them and it's a nice change from my '03.

Sorry to hear your other Mini fell under the weather and they cannot figure out why. I dunt(tm) know what I would do if Romi got sick. I might go a bit bonkers. Er,..maybe more bonkers than I am already,..possibly right over the edge,..ohhhhh,..I COULD GO BALLISTIC,..TERMINAL,..COMPLETELY INSANE!!! AAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!

It would not be pretty. You are handling it well. Better than I could.
