I got a hat, mini mints, magazine, 3 coffee cups, 3-d glasses and a gift cert to an indoor gocart track! I'm wondering if Canadians get the package?

Received the same thing in the mail on Saturday.

 

I think the decoder glasses and all were from an ad campaign that was over before I even got them. So it was probably dropped from the gift.

how long after you purchased your mini did you get the welcome package?

 

I'm in Canada and took delivery 5/5/07 and so far all I've recieved is my roadside assistance card which came on 6/8/07 .

 

I haven't received squat from my dealer yet, and I took delivery about a month ago.

 

The pen is nice and the mouse pad every thing else got shoved into a cabinet .

 

I liked everything, especially the journal. I use them too, though I never thought of keeping one just for motoring memories. The pens already been useful, not too sure about the poetry, but maybe.

 

YOU GOT YOUR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE CARD! Hahaha..I haven't got that yet.

Seriously though, I'm in Manitoba, and except for slow response, this is a pretty awesome dealership..especially when you look at some of the threads here. It was my dealership and the Manitoba MINI Club that gave me all that stuff.....oh, and a roadtrip and a BBQ, and bouncaroos for the kids....

 

I received my welcome pack about three weeks ago. Same as described above. I also got the decoder stuff which makes me think they may be needed later. My first MINI was an '02, so I was glad to see the welcome kits had been updated. Now I have two versions!

 

Just under 8 weeks.

 

I just need to whine that I have not received mine yet, 1 month +. I figure if I say it, some quantum principle will make it arrive today!

 

well i took delivery on April 24th so yeah bout 8 weeks for me too... my husband said they should've included some explitives on the window poetry for those boot riders and blase' truckers... lol...

 

Mine arrived yesterday, June 11. I took delivery of my MCS on April 28. The kit did have a flap that said 'there's nothing behind this flap,' but of course there was: decoder, glasses.... About a week ago I received a "MINI PARKING ONLY" stencil in the mail. My M.A. handed me the red MINI cap and the key chain when I took delivery, along with a box of MINI cleaning supplies, wax, lube....

Great promotion for the brand! The car looks cute, but growls and leaps. The promotion says, "This is a fun car, so don't take things too seriously. If you'd like to grin and growl, have at it!"

 

Well folks...I've had my "British Racing Green" mini for about 6 weeks and I'm going back to my teenager years...I brag on the mini when ever I'm asked about it. Now,....Who's sending these British packages out...?

Picked up my car on April 17, this black box arrived June 9. I want the parking stencil.

 

Hmmm... I'll be at a new address by the time I should get my welcome kit. Should I contact the dealer and let them know of new said address, or is there a special procedure?
