anybody know if small bottom section of bumper around the fog lights can be removed without removing the entire bumper? i ran into some twisted sheet metal today and the body shop said it will be an additional $70 if they have to remove the bumper to get that small panel out when they repair it. i wanted to check here so i don't get hosed by them.

and if they do have to take off the bumper how can i be check that my airbags sensors are connected correctly? i don't want to get into an accident and find out the hard way that they are not connected.
