different implementations depending on the area I guess. I think its required here to take it from the front so the driver is pictured, which is nice for cases in which the registered owner isnt the driver at the time.
hell thats even worse. I saw profit sharing numbers in the 50% range before.
anyways, found a few cars in the sport stripe thread with the cutout bumper section I was talking about. heres one example:

My car has that. The 'dimples' for the license plate are just above it. To me it seems more like the side pieces come off and the middle piece is more permanent. Not sure what all those are for though, it would look cleaner with fewer bits.

The side piece is for the tow hook, so it's a real functional access point. The seams in the middle don't seem to have a purpose and (along w/ the dimples) is why one might be able to sleep a tad bit better at night should one decide (after much soul-searching) to drill and center mount the plate.
