Please don't think this is a Dumb Question (I'm really NOT Blonde). Is this a Standard Feature or is it an Option that you had to order?? I've also been wondering about the Headliner mounted toggle switches and Map Lighting, are these standard as well?? 
I know I'm to get a few wise cracks, just make sure it's all in Good Fun!!

Seriously, as for your other questions, unless they've changed the standard equipment list for 2008, the only thing that would be optional on the overhead toggles would be the center one, for the sunroof. That IS an option.
