R56 Did you receive anything from MINI after purchase?

Well, I signed up on the MINI site for paperless statements and that's I think also how MINI gets a hold of you to send you your Adventure Field Kit.
WestonJCW:
I was looking at either pure pepper whites or midnight blacks. Love the midnight black. I think it looks a lot better than the astro black. I think my first color choice would have been all midnight black but had to get a car by end of March and Giorgio had the pepper white available with the options that I liked, so I took it. ;-)
I am thinking of carefully modifying it with some custom graphics but will take my time. Just started with a stubby antenna.
Cheers,

Did that as soon as I got my Production Number for my R57 back in February. I watched my R57 every single day through the build cycle as well
I've even logged in it recently, so I know my account is still valid. I guess I just need to wait patiently a bit longer.

I got one Advemture Kit about six months after I got the car and nothing since. In fact, I never got the "dealer dreded survey" either, but a friend bought a 2002 Mini and is still getting kits and all kinds of things to this day.

I got my Adventure Field Kit today! It's been 8 weeks since my car was delivered to the dealership. My dad has received goodies from Mini nearly every year since he got his in '05 so I hope that this trend continues. I might actually use that mousepad and the pen seems to be pretty nice. I hope that y'all get y'all's soon!

Got the same thing Yesterday. Except instead of foam dice, got the foam antenna ball thing. I also find the pen to be quite nice and have stated to take (and use) it to work everyday.
It also came with a "field guide" which I found well done, funny, and unfortunately a little disappointing, as it makes specific reference to people waving/flashing lights/etc at other mini drivers, yet... I feel like I am the only one acknowledging the other MINIs and not getting a response.
I get that Range/Land Rover driver's wave at eachother because they are a fairly elite crowd that can afford their vehicles...but I think we are too... I mean look at the size of these things for their practical use relative to price... Suzuki tries to say you can get the same vehicle with AWD for half the price-- they apparently have never DRIVEN A MINI to make their comparison...
Also, there are like 3 Rover Dealerships within 50 miles of me...and ONE Mini dealership in the local 3 (YES THREE) states! and you are telling me that we can't wave at eachother?!
Oh yeah...it's owned/made by BMW nevermind.

Lol, don't give up Lil Q. Occasionally I get a wave but most of the time I don't. Some people just aren't friendly enough to drive Minis but they do anyway. In the area that I live in it's usually teenagers that won't wave back, but that's because they, like my teen sister, feel that they are too cool to wave to complete strangers. It's there loss. Keep waving!!! Don't give up hope!
