You should have insisted on it. There was a brief time when jacks weren't supplied, including when mine was delivered (week 3 build). My dealer was shocked, though, and pulled a jack and lug wrench from another car. After that period, they were delivered AFAIK. That may have changed more recently, though.

UPDATE
I finally received my MINI Adventure Kit in the mail today.
It probably arrived earlier but I was away for a week in Minnesota and had all of my mail put on hold.
Some goofy fun stuff and some useful items like the MINI pen,log book/journal,Smiley antenna ball and the personalized Roadside Assistant Card plus the static cling stickers.
Question:
Did you put the Smiley antenna ball face facing forward or facing back on your MINI?
I ask because,well I don't know..LOL
Thanks.

Within a few weeks I got a goody package with a MINI mouse pad (thumbnail photo montage), the pen with the little plastics bumbs as grips, a writing journal, a white ball with the Union Jack stamped on that I put on my antennae, a top secret envelope containing "super-secret decoder, magic window decryptor" to be used on ads or online, as well as the word game (stick words on window) and a pocket-sized MINI guide to motoring that is a hoot to read.

And I got the better quality rubber mats also.
But the cookies might be from the local area MINI dealers and not MINIUSA.
