You are not getting the JCW Aero Kit or the JCW suspension?

[QUOTE= I also think they could have included the aero kit, and suspension, and upped the price for everyone and that would have been fine too.[/QUOTE]

The problem I have with the JCW Aero Kit option is the possibility of an inexperience BMW mech incorrectly installing the kit.

I wish they could just come from the factory. A better balance between performance and styling. If not for the Aero Kit, the stock JCW would look like any other Cooper S, no?

Its like seeing promos for the new M3 showing all the options.
The starting price seems tantalizing like 35k for the new 2009 M3.

Only to be disappointed that to get the M3 you see in the brochures you have to add 15k worth of options plus the cost of labor to install :(

altogether that should cost me less than $32K.
Exactly - my spec has me just barely under 31K, a great price for that much performance.

HID = High Intensity Discharge headlights.

Usually these are filled with Xenon gas, and hence MINI people usually call them 'Xenons'.

Is the std limited slip differential still available for 09 Mini S?
or do you have to get the electronic thing with DTC?

I don't think anyone knows this for certain.

Right now you can definitely order a 2008 MCS with the mechanical LSD. You definitely can NOT order a 2009 JCW with the mechanical LSD.

I think the answer to your question depends on whether DTC is standard on the 2009 MCS. If it's not standard, then I don't see why the couldn't offer the regular LSD.
