When you put your R56 in Sport mode, does the steering wheel "wiggle" in the center?

When you're in Sport mode, when your wheel is perfectly centered and you begin to turn, does your steering wheel have increased resistance at every point during the turn? Or does the resistance suddenly kick in?

In mine, the wheel moves lightly and easily for about 1/4"-1/2" when centered, and then as I turn the wheel, it suddenly "hits a wall" - reaching the more intense resistance of the Sport setting.

So it's like:

RESISTANCE <--none--> RESISTANCE

Does this parallel the way your steering feels?

Thanks,
Stephen

When I use Sport on mine, it seems to tighten up the steering completely...there is no "dead zone" in the middle. This is how I percieve it anyway...I'll check it out a little more scientifically today though.
