91 Acura Legend
98 Lexus LX470
2003 New Beetle Convertible

Incidentally, I passed the Beetle to my daughter and keep the LX470 if I need to entertain business customers or feel like consuming mass quantities of gas .

I just spent the last day and a half changing out intake gaskets on my 97 Yukon while my Mini is supposed to be in this week. Couldn't make it another week the piece of crap! Actually the Yukon has been a great truck and has 191000 miles and gets a whole 15-17 mpg. It won't see much use after next week though!

I havent ordered my mini yet either. But right now im driving a 2003 Saturn, for years i called it the Hot Wheel car cuz it was made out of plastic till a couple months ago i found hot wheels are made out of Metal ("im not entitled to know what hot wheels are made out of... im a girl!" I said)

So therefore hence hence, the saturn is dubbed... the TupperWare Car!! But its title fits it perfectly its made out of plastic and it takes up to much space!

I haven't purchased a mini cooper yet. I'm still debating. I currently have an Audi A3. From a functional perspective they are about the same (slight A3 advantage). But, from a fun perspective the cooper has an advantage. I still haven't decided between the mini cooper s or a mini cooper clubman s.

Interesting how the price climbs pretty quickly with these coopers

Thx,

I have loved driving imports since college. 1979 VW that I traded in 1989 for a new VW Fox. I drove that until it almost fell apart in 2002 when I bought a 2000 Chevy Cavalier (thought it was time to buy American). The VWs were manual transmission and I had to get used to driving automatic again. Now I'm back to a stick and I love it.

Before the MINIs we had an 11 year old Honda Civic (a 1993). It was refusing to die so we never got around to replacing it. It seemed like a reasonably good drive, until we got the first MINI. After that it just didn't seem safe any more, you shouldn't try driving one like a MINI. The Civic is still refusing to die a friend (who doesn't drive like he's got a MINI) has it now.

I used to drive a 1996 Ford Thunderbird

It was my baby, but it had a lot of miles and things were getting ready to go wrong. Plus it had a V8 and my new commute for school was not gunna be pretty.

It was a fun car, but I don't miss it because the Cooper is probably the most fun I have ever had

1994 Toyota Pickup - 210K miles & just hitting middle age

Back in the 90's I had a '96 Honda Del Sol VTEC and a '94 Toyota MR2. Been a long time since I had a small, maneuverable, fun car...

The Ultimate Driving Machine® - a 1998 Buick Century.

Actually, I still own my Lexus IS 250, but when I sell that, I'll be using the kid's Buick until the MINI arrives.

I had a 2005 Nissan Frontier NISMO.

I loved it but love the MINI more. I didn't get rid of due to gas prices but just got sick of driving a truck on a daily basis.

I will be buying a truck again, but I'm waiting for gas prices to kill the resale value on them so I can get one cheap!

My designated DD was 02 530i but I mainly drove the 07 A4 which is a company car.

I sold the 530i and purchased the MINI. I kept my 00 M Coupe and the A4 is going back to the dealer when the lease is up in 3 months. I may pick up a Clubman to replace the A4.

My former daily driver was a Mazdaspeed 6. Way more car than I needed so I got the MCS for commuting instead.

I kept the toys, though. 1961 Chevrolet Apache and 200 Yamaha Road Star.

Although I don't have my r56 yet...
I drove a 2001 Accord through college as a DD. Also had a 2004 WRX STI as a track/weekend car.

Both are for sales, anyone interested?!
