I have a deposit on an MCS which just came in... I was told that the deposit was refundable at any time, although if it was after production, they would refund me the money only after the car sells and that was because some cars that people spec out are really ugly and hard to sell.... Depends on the dealership but they should have told you the conditions upfront in any case, or they should be on the papers if you signed any...
